Today we released “live help” for iMemoryBook.  What does this mean?

1. You can ask us a question anytime (9am to 5pm MST). Just click on the “live help” link at the top right corner of your screen and ask an iMemoryBook professional your question.
2. You can see what others have asked or are asking. Anytime multiple iMemoryBookers are on the help page you can all learn from each others comments.
3. You can answer other iMemoryBookers questions. When you see another iMemoryBooker ask a question and you know the answer you can join in with us to help answer the question.
