Glenda,

Thank you so much for the feedback. The individual notifications idea is a terrific one. Those pesky SPAM filters. We should make it more clear how to do this. We actually have a link in the program that says "Send via email client" that will open up your own email program so that you can send the email to everyone from your own address book immediately.

Why would you place the URL in brackets?

Sounds like it's time for us to look over the instructions with someone who hasn't ever contributed and look for more insights into how to improve the experience. We've done this a number of times, but we can always improve.

Thank you so much Glenda!

My boss recently created a memory book for my retirement; I'm very impressed with your product. Unfortunately, many folks who were asked to contribute were unable to get to the book or found the site diffcult to navigate. Perhaps you might look at your user instructions and tailor them to the person who is not computer comfortable.

Another problem that was encountered is that insturctional EMail was sent with a link to your site and the memory book. Also unfortunately, many addressees never received the EMail; probably ISP spam filters stopped them because of the link and because mail was being sent to a large address list. Another suggestion is to recommend to your clients that they send INDIVIDUAL EMail notifications. You might also suggest some way to reference your site so that the URL it is not an active link in the EMail message (inserting the URL between brackets, for example).

Thank you again for this wonderful product. I hope that you will accept my suggestions in the spirit in which they were offered.
